Returns Policy

We hope you are delighted with your order. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, please return it to us within 28 days for an exchange or refund of the product value.

When sending a return we would recommend getting return proof of postage as shipping and delivery costs are non refundable. Any additional shipping costs relating to a return or exchange are your sole responsibility. We are not responsible for returns that do not reach us. Please check carefully before returning any item.

In the event of any product being faulty, we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods. 

Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that you have not used the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and, you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. 

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of earrings and any underwear or swimwear for hygiene reasons unless the item is faulty. 

Processing returns

We try to process returns as quickly as possible, however this can take up to 28 days during busy periods. If you have any queries about an item you have returned please contact our Customer Services team on at 01803 863679 

Cancellations Procedure

You may cancel an order at any time before its been processed for shipping. To cancel your order after it has been despatched to you, you will need to follow the Returns procedure as stated above.
